Modern Tek provides the Corporate Solution mobile application to help organizations and teams manage work-related tasks, projects and productivity. This policy describes the categories of information the application may process based on the features an organization enables.
Information may be used to provide enabled application functions, authenticate and manage accounts, store organization task data, provide support, communicate service information, diagnose problems and protect against unauthorized use.
Modern Tek does not sell application user data. Information may be processed by infrastructure or support providers used to operate the service, disclosed under an organization’s authorized instructions, or disclosed where legally required.
Application data is retained according to service requirements, the customer organization’s instructions and applicable obligations. Account access, correction or deletion requests may need to be coordinated with the organization that manages the user account.
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect application data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. The application is intended for organizational use and is not directed to children under 13.
